Sure you’ve heard it before, but there really is no way to have a strong day if you’re skipping breakfast. Go for the perfect combination of low-GI carbs with low-fat protein (e.g. oats & milk, egg & whole-grain toast), adjusting portions according to your activity level. Be sure to drink enough fluids as even mild dehydration can lead to a less than lively performance.
